PwC Indonesia Transparency Report 2022

A conversation on transparency, quality and value

The need for assurance has never been greater. Like many other countries, Indonesia is facing various challenges seen in the world today, such as technological disruption, climate change, rising inflation costs, increasing commodity prices and economic uncertainty. Our assurance practice continues to evolve as we, and our clients, respond to these challenges.

Our goal is to reinvigorate the audit process and create more value for our key stakeholders. We are reimagining our audits and the audit experience for our people and clients by developing technology that enables our people to conduct audits more effectively and allows us to provide powerful insights to our clients through visualisation of data that goes beyond numbers on a page.

Transparency report

With increasing demands and expectations from our stakeholders, PwC is actively participating in conversations with relevant accounting bodies and regulators here in Indonesia and globally. Through our Transparency Report, we are sharing with you what we are doing and how we plan to build on the trust and confidence that our clients already have in our assurance services. Our Transparency Report provides information on our system of quality management over the performance of our assurance engagements and demonstrates our ongoing commitment to transparency, accountability and sustainable performance. The content in this report is a part of a broader conversation on audit quality that we will build on, reflect on, and keep talking about into the future.

Quality is at the core of everything we do at PwC. We are committed to driving a strong culture of quality and excellence that is at the core of our purpose.
