Digital Heroes

Through collaboration with various non-profit organizations dedicated to STEM education in the Middle East, we launched a unique programme to digitally upskill refugees and underprivileged students.

This initiative equips students with valuable digital skills, enhancing their employment prospects and personal growth. Due to its success, we are continuously expanding the programme to increase its reach and impact.

Women Empowerment

Committed to female empowerment and equal opportunities, we run initiatives supporting women’s career ambitions and development.

Our programmes range from mentoring women returning after maternity leave, to upskilling aspiring Arab female entrepreneurs and students, providing the tools and environment for their success.

We leverage the expertise of our colleagues across Inclusion and Diversity, Advisory, Human Capital, Tech, and PwC Academy to make this possible.

Student Mentorship

Established by a junior consultant, our ElevateME Mentorship Programme bridges the gap between academia and professional life, empowering university students across the Middle East to excel in their careers.

By connecting students with experienced PwC professionals, the programme helps them unlock their full potential and enhance their professional and personal capabilities.

Giving Back

Driven by our passion to create positive impact and guided by our core values, PwC volunteers unite across our 12 territories each year to support our communities.

Our initiatives range from organizing fundraisers and distributing clothing, housing, and food items, to visiting and hosting activities at orphanages, elderly homes, and hospitals. In addition, our largest acts of giving back take place during Ramadan and Christmas, further reinforcing our commitment to those in need.

We’ve set aside a One Firm Impact Day for collective giving efforts across the region.

In line with our commitment to supporting refugees and marginalized populations, we have partnered with local NGOs and international organizations to address critical issues such as relief aid, access to healthcare, education, and other essential human needs.
