You need to have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 out of 4.0. For overseas graduates, you have to provide your CGPA conversion on a 4.0 scale. On top of that, we also look for applicants who possess strong personal attributes such as communication and interpersonal skills, leadership, business acumen, and technical capabilities.

We accept applications from students in their 5th semester and above, provided they have no class participation during the internship period.

Applying

For a smoother process, we recommend submitting your application through our careers website at pwc.com/id/en/careers.

You will receive training, client experience, coaching and development, insight into expertise, and a direct hiring opportunity to permanent staff  if you are a high performer.

During your three-month internship, we evaluate your performance to determine if we can offer a permanent position (subject to availability). If your internship period is less than three months, you will need to undergo the standard recruitment process.

If you can’t find a position that matches your skill set (for either internship, experienced, or graduate programmes), please search for the “talent pool” of each PwC line of service. A “talent pool” is a database of profiles for candidates interested in working with PwC. We will review your application and proceed if an upcoming vacant position matches your qualifications.

 

The internship programmes in Assurance typically opens in October and its graduate programme in April. Other positions become available based on current business needs. Stay informed about application openings by regularly checking our available positions on our website.

 

 

Application process

The selection test is applicable for all graduate hires and for certain experienced hire positions.

We may consider a video interview with advance notice. It depends on the circumstances and the specific position.

After the selection test, you can expect to hear back within one to two weeks.

If you failed the selection test, you'll need to wait one year before applying again. If you failed the interview but passed the selection test, you may apply for another role that is more suitable and aligned with your expertise.

Preparing your CV

Your CV is the first contact you have with a prospective employer and it is your chance to make a good first impression. You use it to show your prospective employer why we should hire you and what the benefits of having you on our team will be.

Online test

You’ll complete a series of online test (English Test, Logic Test & Technical depends on your preferred line of services that you applied for). To help you prepare, remind yourself of the basics of mathematics, with and without using a calculator. Practise calculating percentages, ratios, fractions, currency conversions etc. You can sharpen your abstract reasoning ability by doing abstract or shape-based puzzles beforehand.
