Mr. Danar Sunartoputra has been with MDC since 2008. He was Managing Associate in 2015, before appointed as Junior Partner of MDC in July 2017. Mr. Danar has extensive experience in securities and capital markets transactions representing public and private companies, as well as investment banks in domestic and international offerings of various types of securities, including initial public offerings, rights issues, and high yield debt in reliance on Rule 144A and Regulation S securities. He assists clients in corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions and general corporate commercial transactions covering a broad range of industry with a focus on financial institutions which includes banking and insurance businesses. Mr. Danar also advises on corporate governance, management and employee stock option programs, and other matters to board of directors of public and private companies.
