Mr. Indra Allen has 22 years of experience working in M&A, Foreign Direct Investment and General Corporate matters. He has extensive experience in leading transactions, negotiations and closing cross border transactions. He has advised clients in various M&A transactions, such as acquisition of banks, finance companies, plantations, and many more. Such transactions require extensive legal due diligences, comprehensive transaction documents and special skills for a smooth closing of the deals. He has in-depth regulatory knowledge in his areas of practice and good relationships with Indonesian authorities such as the Capital Investment Coordination Board (BKPM) and the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
