Jakarta, 13 September 2024 – PT PricewaterhouseCoopers Indonesia Advisory (PwC) is proud to announce its appointment by Indonesia Australia Partnership for Infrastructure (KIAT/Kemitraan Indonesia Australia untuk Infrastruktur) to assist in the delivery of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Project Preparation Facility (PPF) activity for the Bandung Intra Urban Toll Road (BIUTR) Project.

PT PricewaterhouseCoopers Indonesia Advisory (PwC) is proud to announce its appointment by Indonesia Australia Partnership for Infrastructure (KIAT/Kemitraan Indonesia Australia untuk Infrastruktur) to assist in the delivery of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Project Preparation Facility (PPF) activity for the Bandung Intra Urban Toll Road (BIUTR) Project.

KIAT, a collaborative initiative between the Government of Australia and the Government of Indonesia, aims to foster sustainable and inclusive economic growth through enhanced access to infrastructure for all Indonesian citizens. The PPF is a dedicated facility designed to provide technical assistance and project preparation support for select PPP projects, ensuring they are market-ready with well-prepared transaction documents.

The BIUTR Project has been identified as a priority under the PPF activity. The BIUTR Project aims to address the critical need arising from the increase in population and urbanisation in Bandung City, which has led to an increase in road traffic demand and congestion on many parts of the road network, particularly on the east-west arterials.

As part of this initiative, PwC is inviting technical firms to submit proposals with a deadline on 09 October 2024 at 23.59 (GMT+7). All required documents shall be submitted by email to id_ppf_procurement@pwc.com. The selected Technical Consultancy Firm will collaborate with PwC on various critical aspects of the project, including technical, environmental, and social analyses. Additionally, the firm will provide expertise in climate change management and climate resilience, ensuring comprehensive and sustainable project outcomes.

Any questions about the Request for Tender (RfT) document or process shall be submitted by email to id_ppf_procurement@pwc.com before 20 September 2024 at 23.59 (GMT+7).

Further details on the project and process to be followed for this procurement, including the roles and responsibilities, can be found here.
