Indonesia Australia Partnership for Infrastructure (KIAT/Kemitraan Indonesia Australia untuk Infrastruktur) has appointed PT PricewaterhouseCoopers Indonesia Advisory (PwC) as the consultancy firm to assist KIAT in the delivery of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Project Preparation Facility (PPF) activity. This appointment serves as a partnership between the Government of Australia and the Government of Indonesia to support sustainable and inclusive economic growth through improved access to infrastructure across Indonesia.
PwC is inviting interested organisations to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the PPF activity to support potential Government Contracting Agencies (GCAs/Badan Kontrak Pemerintah) in project preparation and transaction document preparation for selected PPP projects.
The selection of a preferred organisation or consortium will be conducted through a two-step collaborative procurement by PwC. The first step is an RFEOI (Request for Expression of Interest), requiring a short capability-based response from organisations. From the submitted EOIs, PwC will generate a shortlist of capable organisations. The second step is a Request for Tender (RfT) to the shortlisted organisations only. Further details of the EOI documents can be downloaded in the following link.
To proceed, PwC has outlined the submission timeline for interested parties. The EOI closing time (submission deadline) is on Wednesday, 20 November 2024, at 23:59 WIB (GMT+7). All required documents shall be submitted by email to id_ppf_procurement@pwc.com.
Further questions about the RFEOI documents or process shall be submitted by email to id_ppf_procurement@pwc.com before Friday, 8 November 2024, at 23.59 WIB (GMT+7). Questions submitted after this time will not be answered.
Any additional information, responses to the questions, and/or amendments regarding this RFEOI process will be informed by email to registered organisations.
