PT PricewaterhouseCoopers Indonesia Advisory (“PwC”) has been appointed by Kemitraan Indonesia Australia untuk Infrastruktur (“KIAT”) - a partnership between the Government of Australia and Government of Indonesia to support sustainable and inclusive economic growth through improved access to infrastructure for all people in Indonesia - as the Consultancy Firm to assist KIAT in the delivery of the Public-Private Partnership (“PPP”) Project Preparation Facility (“PPF”) activity.
The PPF is a facility prepared for select PPP projects to provide technical assistance and project preparation support, including aid in preparing relevant transaction documents, to prepare the projects and bring it to the market. The BIUTR Project has been selected as one of the projects to be supported by the PPF activity.
The BIUTR Project aims to address the critical need arising from the increase in population and urbanisation in Bandung City, which has led to an increase in road traffic demand and congestion on many parts of the road network, particularly on the east-west arterials.
The selected technical firm will support PwC on the technical, environmental and social, and other related analyses such as climate change management, climate resilience, and others for the project (“Technical Consultancy Firm”). Further details on the scopes of work can be found in the RfT Document attached to this announcement.
A Pre-Tender Briefing for tender Participants will be held ONLINE on 19 September 2024 at 09:00 am (GMT+7) via Google Meet. To register for the Pre-Tender Briefing, representatives from the Participants need to send a confirmation email to id_ppf_procurement@pwc.com before 18 September 2024 at 16.00 (GMT+7), attached with a confirmation letter comprising the minimum information, as follows:
