We focus on your skills and passions, not just your degree and education. The path to becoming a PwC Professional is paved with opportunities and real responsibilities, helping you take your career forward. We take a blended approach to your development, combining formal training through professional accountancy examinations, coaching from others and practical on-the-job experience.
Now is an exciting time to join us as our business is evolving. Technology, automation and artificial intelligence are disrupting how we work and help us achieve our purpose. In this rapidly changing world, the skills that make us uniquely human matter most: problem solving, creativity, insight, agility, relationships and leadership. It’s our ‘human difference’ that sets us apart.
Join us and we'll help you to reimagine the possible whilst developing an inspiring career and help us solve important problems together.
Our graduate programmes provide you with exceptional career experience working with and learning from the best. Our programmes will empower you to learn new skills for the digital world, to reimagine the possible on how you work with clients, and harness your skills to work on multiple projects through client engagements and study towards your professional qualification.
Students who join our Assurance team will undertake professional accountancy examinations with either ACA or ACCA. Those joining our Actuarial team will study with the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
You’re studying at college or sixth form, but there’s also a lot of focus on what’s next. But do you decide to start your career or go to university? You may be thinking more broadly about your options after you finish. You know university isn't for you and are ready to kick start your career.
You’ll be pleased to hear that there are times when we can offer the opportunity for you to jump into the world of work through our school and college leaver training programme, if you want to learn, adapt, be challenged and grow. No matter what your background.
You will join our Assurance department and undertake professional accountancy examinations with either ACA or the ACCA.
We know your summer break is important and we want to make sure you get the maximum value from your summer internship. We want to bring out the best in you, let you see the work we do and get a real experience of our culture and our people.
You will get an insight into a career with PwC, and see first-hand what life is like for our students during a summer internship that lasts for three weeks during your summer break.
During your 3 week internship you will get the opportunity to work across our practice areas in Assurance and Actuarial. You will spend your time as part of a team getting practical, on-the-job experience with the guidance of coaches from the business, and understand the importance we place on supporting and developing people in our business.
When you join, we’ll expect you to take personal responsibility for managing your career. Think of it as a deal. Your part of the deal needs you to be flexible and work hard, often to tight deadlines with long hours. You’ll need to be proactive in building your networks and relationships, which is often a route onto interesting work and projects. Our side of the deal provides you with the tools and team who can support and encourage you.
