We carry out due diligence reviews, offer advice on the commercial viability of development projects, conduct financial due diligence reviews and have an in-depth understanding of the tax aspects of property investing. We also act for lenders as receiver and liquidator of property related structures often in conjunction with colleagues from the PwC network where there is a cross border requirement.
