Hayato Kagawa is mainly engaged in M&A, corporate law, group restructuring, corporate governance and compliance.
Previously he served as a fixed-term deputy director at the Corporate System Division of the Economic and Industrial Policy Bureau of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, where he was engaged in the formulation of guidelines and the revision of laws.
Prior to joining PwC Legal Japan, he also worked for two law firms in Japan for a total of seven years.
