Summary of expertise
Shigeru Harada has been engaged in M&A advisory services for over fifteen years in a variety of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. Before joining PwC Advisory LLC in 2016 as a director, Shigeru was with GCA (currently Houlihan Lokey), where he was engaged in the execution of M&A transactions since 2007. Prior to his career as an M&A advisor, Shigeru was engaged in business development, FX and interest rate futures trading and business planning at the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi (currently MUFG Bank, Ltd.).
Shigeru received a Bachelor of Engineering from the Tokyo University of Science and an MBA (finance and accounting major) from Georgia State University (in the US).
