Takeshi Ishikawa joined PricewaterhouseCoopers Japan LLC in 2007 and has since been engaged in projects in the energy and environment fields including domestic crediting schemes and the J-Credit Scheme, commissioned work for government agencies and evaluation services for infrastructure funds. Prior to joining PwC Arata, he worked in the production, supply and retail departments of a municipal gas corporation.
