Junichi Koga has been specializing in various cross border diligence work mainly for Japanese clients since 2000.
In 2007, Junichi seconded to PwC Shanghai office and started providing China inbound deals from Japan. Until he left China in 2014, he had handled huge number of M&A transactions from Japan to China specially for major Japanese trading house clients and manufacturers.
After he came back to PwC Japan office in 2014, he has been involving a number of outbound cross boarder deals from Japan, focusing on execution support to deal closing and PMI work after the closing.
He is a Deals Auto Sector leader at PwC Japan, serving global players and Japanese clients going abroad for M&A opportunities.
