Profile
Mr. Nakamura joined PwC Tax Japan in 2000 and has extensive experience providing tax compliance and advisory services, mainly to clients in the financial services and real estate industries. He is a tax specialist in real estate investment structures including J-REIT and TK (“Tokumei Kumiai”)/TMK (“Tokutei Mokuteki Kaisya”), cross-border investment structures, financial instruments, leasing transactions, investment funds and hedge funds, etc. Before joining PwC Tax Japan, Kenji worked with a Japanese trust bank for more than 5 years. He is a core member of Renewable Energy Solution Team and Airport Concession Team, and a leading tax partner for crypto asset business.
Kenji graduated from Osaka University, Economic Faculty and he is a Japanese certified public tax accountant.
