After having worked for a major securities firm in Japan, Ryosuke Kaiya joined PwC Tax Japan in 2015. Since then, he has provided transfer pricing services to numerous Japanese and foreign multinational clients. He has been engaged in the planning and implementation of transfer pricing policy, benchmarking analysis, preparation of transfer pricing documentation, intangibles valuation, bilateral advance pricing agreement support, and transfer pricing audit support in Japan and overseas. He has also experienced secondment to a client company for the purpose of internally establishing the client’s transfer pricing policy.
He was seconded to PwC Singapore in 2022 where, in addition to being involved in local projects, he also serves as a member of the PwC Singapore Japan Desk to support Japanese companies located in Singapore.
