Tetsuya Kato joined PW Financial Advisory Services Co., Ltd. (currently PwC Advisory LLC) in 1999. Tetsuya engages in a wide range of real estate-related advisory services, including various due diligence services, real estate investment advisory services, real estate portfolio restructuring and CRE-related advisory services.

The projects Tetsuya participated are diverse, including real estate investment implementation support (investment strategy formulation, due diligence, scheme construction, etc.), real estate utilization consulting in business revitalization plans, support for business strategy construction of real estate business companies, support for asset or property management system construction of commercial real estate, and advisory of public property utilization strategy to public sector.

Prior to joining PwC, Tetsuya was engaged in real estate appraisal at a financial institution, primarily of collateral real estate. Tetsuya has experience in evaluating a wide variety of real estate across Japan, ranging from ordinary real estate, such as office buildings and commercial real estate for golf courses and hotels, to special projects, such as industrial complexes and port facilities.
