Yoji is a tax partner in the International Tax/Deals Tax service group at PwC Tax Japan and is currently on secondment to PwC US as part of PwC’s Japan Business Network.
Since joining PwC’s tax practice in 2001, Yoji has primarily worked with multinational corporations, advising them on a range of Japanese and international tax matters related to their global operations. He has strong expertise in tax and related aspects of M&A and the reorganisation of global business operations.
In November 2024, Yoji began his secondment to PwC US in the New York office. He currently supports Japanese clients doing business and investing in the U.S., advising them on international tax aspects.
Before joining the firm, Yoji worked at one of the major trading houses in Japan.
