Summary of expertise
Prior to joining advisory / consulting industry, Ayako worked in the global hospital business development team to develop new medicines in one of the world largest chemical companies, based in France. She played a major role in building a bridge between French head quarter and Japanese subsidiary to introduce new services from Europe and enhance the local business activities following world business strategy. She operated a number of projects in English, Japanese and French.
