Prior to joining PwC Advisory LLC, Gaku Murayama worked at an automobile manufacturer, where he was engaged in the domestic and overseas after-sales business and management support for a manufacturing subsidiary.
In addition, he was seconded to a professional sports club, where he was involved in club management. He worked in such areas as club-related investment and the establishment of corporations, primarily those involved in social contribution activities.
Since joining PwC Advisory LLC in 2021, he has been responsible for value creation from an ESG perspective, including net zero (carbon neutral) and resource circulation businesses, development of corporate purposes and visions, and the incorporation and integration of ESG perspectives into corporate strategies.
