Mr. Ohashi joined PwC Tax Japan, after having worked for other the Big 4 accounting firms in the US and Japan. He has assisted many clients, especially Japanese multinational corporations, with transfer pricing audit defense cases, competent authority negotiations, advance pricing agreements and transfer pricing documentation. In addition, he regularly supports clients with post-merger integrations, the establishment of regional headquarters and value-chain transformations.
