Tsuyoshi Mizoguchi has over 15 years of experience in the field of domestic and international tax and advises Japanese and foreign multinationals on complex cross-border transactions including M&A and business recovery.
Tsuyoshi also specialises in indirect tax and counsels many clients on Japanese consumption tax issues relating to their business models in Japan in various sectors, including telecommunication, international transport, digital services and payment processing.
Tsuyoshi holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Tokyo and is registered as a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Public Tax Accountant in Japan. He speaks English fluently and has basic skills in German.
