He is a Partner at Business Recovery services since 2016 and has over 20 years’ experience of M&A, debt restructuring and turnaround.
In 1990’s, he was engaged in high-yield bond underwriting and trading business in London, and in 2000’, was engaged in corporate restructuring at a major Japanese mega bank.
Since 2010, he led the restructuring team at a global investment bank as a Managing Director.
He had acted as chief member of Japanese national flag airlines rehabilitation taskforce team, Advisory Body of Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism in 2009.
Since 2015, he has been a Director of Japanese Association for Business Recovery, and since 2016, he has been an Executive Director of Japanese Association of Turnaround Professionals, and a Japan Chapter Director of East Asian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring.
