Ken Takenaka is a Partner in the M&A Advisory practice of PwC Advisory LLC, in charge mainly of origination and execution of cross-border M&A transactions. He is also a member of the Southeast Asia Desk in PwC Japan.

Prior to joining PwC in June 2015, he was an Executive Director with Nomura Securities based in Singapore and Hong Kong for more than 12 years, during which he was in charge of cross-border M&A transactions, covering both Japanese companies and local conglomerates, especially in Indonesia.

He has also completed number of symbolic public deals in Singapore where he represented the Japanese clients.

Prior to his career in Nomura Securities, he was with Mitsubishi UFJ Trust & Banking Corporation.
