The PwC Japan Group (Chairman: Koichiro Kimura, hereinafter ‘PwC Japan’) today released Annual Review 2023.
With the PwC Purpose, ‘to build trust in society and solve important problems’ and under the PwC global strategy, The New Equation, PwC Japan aims to help companies to build trust and to deliver sustained outcomes based on the foundation that the trust provides. The annual review introduces to a wide variety of stakeholders the PwC Japan Group’s FY2023 (July 2022 - June 2023) business results and the specific initiatives to bring their strategy to life.
As of the end of FY2023 (the end of June 2023), PwC Japan has achieved double-digit business income growth for nine consecutive fiscal years, and has strengthened our structure as a firm of highly skilled professionals in a variety of fields, with a group-wide headcount rise of 1,000 for two consecutive years.

・Group headcount:approximately 11,500 employees (13.3% year-on-year increase)

This year’s Annual Review, in addition to the PwC global strategy, The New Equation, which has driven this growth, introduces PwC Japan’s initiatives to creating greater value by taking into account social shifts from a medium- to long-term perspective and providing practical, comprehensive solutions to changes faced by our clients and society.
