The PwC Japan Group (Chairman: Koichiro Kimura) is pleased to announce that it will separate its forensic services division from PwC Advisory LLC to establish PwC Risk Advisory LLC, a new firm focusing on forensic services, on 1 March 2024.
The new firm will provide services to further develop a wide range of forensic services it has offered for almost 20 years, including fact-finding and risk management, digital forensics, eDiscovery and royalty audits in relation to accounting fraud, quality fraud, bribery and unfair competition.
Our forensic professionals at PwC Risk Advisory LLC will help strengthen our fraud risk management framework for accounting audits. At the same time, the firm will strive to resolve social issues through stronger coordination with the PwC global network and our diverse professionals in the PwC Japan Group.
