Naoki Mizuta is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Japan. He has experience in the Japanese market advising on various financial regulations, particularly banking regulations. His practice also covers a variety of financing matters including trust business.
Prior to joining PwC Legal Japan, he worked as in-house counsel at a major Japanese financial institution. Prior to that, he also served as a judge for a civil court in Japan.
