Shingo Kumagawa joined PwC Legal Japan in 2023. He handles a wide range of corporate legal matters, including M&A, financial regulatory compliance, and financial transactions. Previously, he served as a seconded legal counsel in the investment department of a leading securities company, where he gained extensive knowledge and experience in investment areas such as venture capital, private equity, loans, real estate, energy and infrastructure.
