The PwC Japan Group (Group Chairman Masataka Kubota; hereinafter ‘PwC Japan’) today released its Annual Review 2024.

With the PwC Purpose ‘to build trust in society and solve important problems’, PwC Japan launched a new leadership team in July 2024 and established ‘Trust and Transformation’ as its management goal. PwC Japan aims to play its part in solving increasingly complex societal issues by driving transformation of companies and society based on trust .
The Annual Review introduces to a variety of stakeholders the PwC Japan’s FY2024 (July 2023 - June 2024) business results and specific initiatives as well as the management policies under the new leadership team aiming to build trust and drive transformation.
As of the end of FY2024 (the end of June 2024), PwC Japan has achieved a 5% business income growth year-on-year at JPY264.2bn (*1), with a group-wide headcount increase of 1,000 employees for three consecutive years. This has strengthened our structure as a firm of highly skilled professionals in various fields.

PwC Japan consolidates various skills to build trust in communities and society and solve complex problems.
This Annual Review introduces the ‘organisational basis’ and ‘strategic areas’ newly established by the PwC global network and presents the vision under PwC Japan’s new leadership team that aims to deliver greater value through practical and integrated solutions addressing the changing needs of clients.
To build trust and become a drive of transformation in today’s world facing inevitable changes, we will think through what society is calling for and support clients in solving their problems, addressing multi-layered societal issues with PwC’s integrated prowess.
