Ami Matsumoto joined PwC Legal Japan in January 2024. She handles a wide range of corporate legal matters, including M&A, financial regulatory compliance, and financial transactions and so on. Previously, she served as a seconded legal counsel in the investment and real estate department of a leasing company, where she gained extensive knowledge and experience in areas such as private equity investment and real estate finance.
