Hiroyuki Sato specialises in corporate transactions with a focus on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. He previously worked for Nishimura & Asahi, a leading Japanese law firm, and for HSBC as an in-house counsel. He joined PwC Legal Japan in 2022.
Hiroyuki received an LL.B. from Hitotsubashi University in 2009 and an LL.M. in Corporate Law from University College London in 2020.
He is admitted to practice law in Japan and in England and Wales.
