Tomohiro Kandori has extensive experience in both domestic and cross-border finance transactions. His practice focuses mainly on real estate finance and asset finance. He has advised on numerous transactions as counsel for domestic and foreign investors including investment funds, financial institutions, investment managers and developers from the US, Europe and Asia. He has also represented lenders in numerous structured finance transactions and in restructuring distressed investment projects. He also worked as an in-house counsel for the London branch of a global financial institution.
