Yu Fukui joined PwC Legal Japan in July 2022 after having worked for one of the largest law firms in Japan for a year and a half. His practice mainly focuses on corporate law and M&A. He also handles a wide range of legal matters including tax advice, tax investigation advice and tax litigation.
