Yusuke Kobayashi is a partner with PwC Legal Japan. He has been licensed to practice law in Japan since 2008.
He previously worked for a leading UK law firm in their Tokyo and Singapore offices for approximately 10 years. He also has 6 years’ experience working in a leading Japanese trading house. He joined PwC Legal Japan in June 2018.
He has extensive experience in employment, M&A, joint venture transactions, and general corporate matters, in both cross-border and domestic contexts.
