略歴
Shaun joined PricewaterhouseCoopers Aarata in 2011 from PwC UK to lead the Internal Audit (IA) and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) services we provide to our foreign, non-financial service (FS) clients. He has 18 years’ experience delivering internal and external assurance services to companies, as well as providing advice on improving the management of risk and control.
Shaun works with teams around the world, coordinating multi-location engagements and ensuring that PwC brings the best international perspectives to clients operating in Japan. He also supports Japanese organisations where they are aligning their response to risk and control globally, or enhancing governance over their foreign subsidiaries.
Shaun also currently supports the Advanced Risk and Compliance Analytics (ARCA) team for non-FS companies. This includes using data tools and techniques to optimize IA and GRC activities, investigate and respond to incidents, and provide better insights to management.
